Chapter 1

The Incomparable Christ

13 ^zFor He rescued us from the ^abdomain of darkness, and transferred us to the kingdom of ^cdHis beloved Son,  
14 ^ein whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.
 15 ^fHe is the ^gimage of the ^hinvisible God, the ⁱfirstborn of all creation.  
16 For ^jkby Him all things were created, ^lboth in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether ^mthrones or dominions or rulers or authorities —ⁿall things have been created through Him and for Him.
 17 He ^opis before all things, and in Him all things ^qhold together.
