Chapter 2
Christ Is Our Example
21 For uyou have been called for this purpose, vsince Christ also suffered for you, leaving you wan example for you to follow in His steps,  
22 WHO xCOMMITTED NO SIN, NOR WAS ANY DECEIT FOUND IN HIS MOUTH;  
23 yand while being zreviled, He did not revile in return; while suffering, He uttered no threats, but kept entrusting Himself to Him who judges righteously;  
24 and He Himself abbore our sins in His body on the cdcross, so that we emight die to fsin and live to righteousness; for gby His hwounds you were ihealed.  
25 For you were jcontinually straying like sheep, but now you have returned to the kShepherd and lGuardian of your souls.
